ABOUT KCM LONGEVITY

Longevity medicine is a proactive, evidence-based approach focused on understanding your current health, identifying individual risk factors and supporting long-term health, function and vitality.

At KCM Longevity, comprehensive diagnostics are combined with medical assessment and personalized recommendations to support precision prevention and healthy aging.

A standard health check-up typically focuses on detecting existing disease or identifying individual abnormal results.

KCM Longevity takes a broader and more integrated approach. Depending on the program selected, extensive laboratory testing, advanced diagnostic imaging, clinical assessments and specialist consultations are brought together within a physician-led medical pathway.

Relevant findings are interpreted together rather than viewed as isolated test results, helping to build a more complete picture of your health and individual risk profile.

No. KCM Longevity is designed around proactive and preventive medicine.

You do not need to have symptoms or a diagnosed medical condition. The aim is to better understand your current health, identify relevant risk factors and support informed decisions about prevention and healthy aging.

Yes. An existing medical condition does not automatically exclude you from a KCM Longevity Program.

Your medical history, current treatment, medications and previous findings are considered as part of your assessment. KCM Longevity complements appropriate medical care and does not replace treatment for an existing condition.

02

CHOOSING YOUR PROGRAM

KCM Longevity offers five levels of comprehensive assessment: START, SILVER, GOLD, PLATINUM and ELITE 3M.

The appropriate choice depends on your medical history, age, individual risk factors, previous diagnostics, personal health priorities and the depth of assessment you are looking for.

Our KCM Longevity team can help you compare the programs and select the option best suited to your needs.

Each level progressively expands the scope and depth of your assessment.

Depending on the program, this includes increasingly comprehensive laboratory diagnostics, advanced imaging, medical and specialist consultations, nutritional assessment and additional components of longevity diagnostics.

The detailed scope of each program is available for comparison before you make your choice.

Each program has a clearly defined diagnostic and consultation pathway.

Depending on the program selected, this includes laboratory diagnostics, advanced medical imaging, cardiovascular and metabolic assessment, physician specialist consultations, nutritional assessment and other components relevant to precision prevention and healthy aging.

The duration depends on the program selected and the diagnostics and consultations included.

Your examinations and consultations are coordinated to allow the main assessment to be completed efficiently during your scheduled stay. Before arrival, you will receive your individual schedule and preparation information.

03

YOUR KCM LONGEVITY JOURNEY

Your journey follows a coordinated medical pathway according to the program you have selected.

Your pathway includes a physician specialist consultation, comprehensive diagnostics and the specialist assessments included in your selected program. Your medical history, medications, previous findings, individual risk factors and personal health priorities are considered as part of the assessment.

Your findings are medically reviewed and interpreted within the context of your overall health rather than simply presented as a collection of individual test results.

Yes. Physician involvement is an integral part of the KCM Longevity approach.

Your journey includes a physician specialist consultation and medical interpretation of your diagnostic findings.

KCM Longevity combines physician-led care with specialist expertise, advanced diagnostics and hospital-based medical services within KCM Medical Group.

Please bring relevant previous medical reports, recent laboratory results or imaging, information about previous diagnoses and a current list of medications and supplements.

This information helps our medical team understand your health history and interpret your new findings in the appropriate clinical context.

Yes. Nutrition is an integral part of every KCM Longevity Program.

Our approach reflects the principle that Food is Medicine. A dietitian assessment and consultation are included as part of each program and form part of your coordinated Longevity pathway.

Your nutritional assessment is considered alongside your medical history, diagnostic findings and individual health priorities, helping us develop personalized recommendations that support your long-term health and longevity.

04

RESULTS & FOLLOW-UP

Yes. An Initial Results Review is an integral part of your KCM Longevity pathway and takes place before you leave KCM.

The results already available are reviewed with you, relevant findings are explained and any issue requiring prompt attention can be addressed.

Some specialized investigations require longer processing times and may therefore become available after you have returned home.

Many results are available during or shortly after your assessment.

Some specialized investigations take longer. In particular, certain genetic tests may require approximately six weeks to complete.

Once all relevant results are available, they are integrated into your final medical review and personalized recommendations.

Once all relevant results are available, your KCM Longevity pathway includes a Final Physician Consultation, Final Dietitian Consultation and Summary Report.

For international patients who have already returned home, the final consultations can be conducted remotely.

This allows all outstanding results to be integrated with the findings from your assessment and translated into your personalized health strategy.

KCM Longevity Programs already provide an extensive diagnostic assessment, with the depth of diagnostics depending on the program selected.

Occasionally, an individual result or clinical finding may indicate that targeted follow-up, an additional examination or a specialist consultation would be beneficial.

Your physician will explain the recommendation and its relevance. Depending on the finding, follow-up can be completed during your stay at KCM, after you return home with your local physician, or arranged at KCM at a later date convenient for you.

Clinically important findings are medically reviewed and discussed with you promptly, together with the recommended next steps.

Where further specialist assessment or treatment is appropriate, this can often be coordinated within KCM Medical Group. If you are travelling internationally, the medical team can also advise you on the appropriate timing and location of further care.

05

DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING

Each KCM Longevity Program has a predefined scope of diagnostic imaging, clearly specified within the program.

The extent of imaging depends on the program selected and forms part of its overall diagnostic pathway.

If an individual finding requires more targeted imaging or follow-up, this can be recommended following medical review.

Yes. Whole-body MRI is available at KCM and can be added to your KCM Longevity Program.

Our Longevity Programs include a defined scope of precise, focused and targeted diagnostic imaging. Dedicated imaging protocols allow specific organs and areas of clinical interest to be assessed in greater detail, providing greater diagnostic value for the individual patient than relying on whole-body MRI alone.

If you would like to include whole-body MRI as part of your assessment, it can be added and coordinated with your other diagnostics during your stay at KCM.

06

FOREVER YOUNG PROGRAMS

Forever Young is a separate KCM Longevity program line designed for patients whose goals are particularly focused on maintaining and optimizing physical function, performance, vitality and quality of life over time.

While our Longevity Programs focus primarily on comprehensive diagnostics, precision prevention and individual health risks, Forever Young offers a different pathway focused on sustaining how you function and perform as you age.

The choice depends primarily on your goals.

KCM Longevity Programs are designed for patients seeking comprehensive health assessment, precision diagnostics, risk identification and a personalized long-term health strategy.

Forever Young Programs are designed for patients whose priorities are more focused on maintaining or optimizing function, physical capability, performance and vitality.

Our team can help you decide which pathway better reflects your individual priorities.

Yes. A Forever Young Program can be supplemented with additional diagnostics following discussion with the physician.

Where appropriate, additional examinations can be selected according to your medical history, individual needs and personal priorities, including when you would like to broaden the scope of your assessment.

07
